There is a small picnic area located halfway between the Day Visitor Area carpark and Freestone Creek. This is a great spot to stop or park if you are completing the overnight Track 96 or one of the Freestone or Fern Gully Loops. If the carpark is full, there is more parking available back at the Blue Pool Campground.
